Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Details

We are currently offering our customers an important option on their new labor law poster purchase.

The federal Department of Labor will soon be releasing a new updated version of the Family and Medical Leave Act posting. This posting is REQUIRED for all employers with 50 or more employees. The Department of Labor, which is in charge of drafting and releasing the new posting, is anticipating the new posting to be available around mid December 2008.

If you would like to PRE-ORDER your poster with this new FMLA poster, please select the PRE ORDER option in the drop-down box. When you make a PRE ORDER, we will hold your order until the new FMLA posting is available (again, likely in mid December or so), and then charge and ship it.
